e&e successfully managed the program of work including facilitation of a series of re-alignment workshops which resulted in changes to the program blueprint and alignment to the updated organisational and IT strategy.  While the workshops were in progress e&e took the opportunity to introduce a more structured framework to the program, which achieved efficiencies by lifting appropriate project deliverables to the program level.  Project health checks and assurance were conducted to ensure overall project and program health, resource changes and project scope re-structuring resulted which allowed for further delivery efficiencies.
